nefferinthiaA highly anticipated package unexpectedly arrived at my doorstep today: Atelier Boz's simply named Lace OP released in 2001. Does anyone else miss the days when dresses were just named things like Babydoll JSK and Plaid 3 Tier Skirt? No confusion about what those look like.
I was so impressed as soon as I took the dress out of its packaging. For such an old dress it felt practically new! The fabric is a slightly shiny polyester, but it feels very high quality. The raschel lace is also gorgeous. Here's some more detail shots:
Of course, I had to immediately put the dress on and take some coord photos. The sizing on the dress is kind of interesting: the sleeves and torso are on the long side, but the shoulders are quite tiny. Luckily with some help from the waist ties it fits me well. I also wanted to showcase my lovely gobelin chair and newly obtained clock in my coord photos for a change of scenery.
Honestly, this might be a new favourite dress!
